The Role

We’re looking for exceptional apprentices who can deliver world-class customer service.

As a Plumbing, Electrical, or HVAC apprentice you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency and exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality service, every time.

By working closely with the lead technician and service manager, you will complete jobs on time and under budget, helping achieve the company’s financial goals.

The position will be based in our office, with opportunities to travel to the market you are working in.

Responsibilities

  • Assist lead technician; be efficient and accurate.
  • Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction.
  • Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
  • Assist in properly staging jobs; adhering to quality checklist.

Duties:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management
  • Collaborate with the technical sales team to provide solutions tailored to client needs
  • Utilize Service Titan and other CRM tools to track and manage sales activities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in electrical sales or business development
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Generac or generator experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Service Titan is preferred

Key Sub Tasks

  • Load and unload parts and equipment
  • Drive a 16’ box truck and operate a lift gate and pallet jack
  • Organize parts and equipment and securely tie-down for safe transportation
  • Check and verify orders to confirm items, quantity, and condition
  • Organizing and cleaning warehouse and trucks
  • Receiving, restocking, and counting inventory
  • Performs other related duties as requested by the manager.

HVAC Service Technician

Our new HVAC team is growing.

We have built a solid team and looking to grow our Service Technicians team. We offer competitive wages (potential to make over $100K annually), performance bonuses, paid time off, and benefits.

The role we are filling is for a Residential HVAC Service Technician with at least 3-5 years of experience to deliver the most efficient, highest quality customer service to our outstanding customer base. The candidate will diagnose and repair air conditioning systems and help customers make the most informed buying decisions.

Candidate would possess the following credentials:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Positive attitude with a competitive drive to succeed
  • Ability to make effective decisions and problem solve with accuracy
  • Knowledge of HVAC equipment, codes, and proper application procedures
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow through abilities

Some of the main responsibilities would include:

  • Diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems
  • Establishing customer rapport with our clients and be 100% honest with them
  • Educating and assisting customers in choosing the best solutions and maintenance plans
  • Explaining honestly the pros and cons of all repair or replacement options
  • Communicating efficiently with management, dispatch, and the customer to ensure overall success of the company
  • Maintaining a clean, organized job site and inventoried truck
  • Providing accuracy on invoices and time sheets
  • Knowledge of HVAC equipment, codes, and proper application procedures
  • Abide by Company policies and procedures
  • Attend required continued training (whether in house, out of state, online, or in a training center)

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years residential AC Service Lead Tech experience from a licensed contractor
  • Ability to present repair options with closing accuracy
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC codes and the ability to make on-the-job decisions
  • Clean and safe driving record required

This position requires you to work in all sorts of weather conditions. You will be in attics, crawl spaces and other confined locations.

Also, you will be required to work our on-call schedule which includes nights and weekends on a rotating basis.

Service Titan Experience Preferred.

Job Overview

Candidate will be expected to work formally in a call center of 8+ people. Candidate will be expected to deliver skills that reflect the ability to work as a team and well with others. Candidates will be expected to answer and perform outbound calls when necessary, delivering the best experience to our customers. Candidate is expected to be punctual and responsible when it comes to attendance.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Monitor call board.
  • Answer inbound calls and schedule appointments for customers for all company trades (Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC & Lift Station).
  • Monitor emails and respond in a timely fashion.
  • Make outbound calls.

Qualifications

  • High-School graduate or equivalent,
  • Minimum two-year customer service,
  • Minimum two year answering inbound calls,
  • Excellent customer service skills,
  • Excellent telephone skills, computer literacy, ability to multi-task, ability to operate multi-line phone system,
  • Strong data-entry skills.
  • Experience in a plumbing, electrical or heating and air company is preferred but not required.

We are a 24/7 company. This position does require you to work weekends.
